I was planning to go until I got this big summer long project in central NY-but now I need to get that done so can't make it. Especially with my busness partner now injured-I have no time for the ACA this year. Don't feel bad for me though, my alternate plan isn't bad-when I come home for the weekend, on Saturday we are taking the short 2 1/2 hr trek to Fedex Field to see Paul McCartney

Looks like no vacation for me. After a month and a half prior notice, work finally said "No vacation" in a round about way. Yesterday at 1:30pm I asked for a final answer on my vacation request to attend ACA. The answer was, "We'll call around and see if we can find someone to replace you, call back after 3pm. too find out". This was really a "No" answer because all schedules have to be posted by noon,so even if another location wanted to help you out,by noon they are already committed. I did call back at 3 only to be told the boss had already left for the day:angry3:.
I just received a flyer in the mail for a discount at a local chiropractor. When I go to work tomorrow I'm going to give it to my boss and tell him I hope they can help him fix his spine. Even though the results would have been the same I would have preferred that he just admitted that he didn't bother, forgot or whatever instead of just ducking me. I do know one thing, after tomorrow he won't have any problem figuring out where I'm coming from,grrrrrr!

I'm going put in for OCA now so I don't miss that one too, maybe that will give them enough time to get of their butts!
