BFD 2016 registration desk volunteers needed

Hey Everyone! Thank you to the people who volunteered to help me at the registration desk at the last meeting. Here's how the schedule stands right now. Please let me know if you're able to help for a shift or two. I only need one or two people helping in any given time slot.

Friday March 4th
5:30 - 6:30 pm (setup) - Greg
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Greg
7:00 - 8:00 pm - Greg
8:00 - 9:00 pm -
9:00 - 9:30 pm (cleanup) -

Saturday March 5th
8:30 - 9:00 am (setup) - Manuel, Reed
9:00 - 10:00 am - Manuel, Reed
10:00 - 11:00 am - Matt (FishEggs)
11:00 - 12:00 pm - Matt (FishEggs)
12:00 - 1:00 pm - Forrester/Greg
1:00 - 2:00 pm - Forrester
2:00 - 3:00 pm - Becca
3:00 - 4:00 pm - Becca
4:00 - 4:30 pm (cleanup) - Becca

Sunday March 6th
10:00 - 10:15 am (setup) - Matt C
10:15 - 11:00 am - Matt C
11:00 - 12:00 pm -
12:00 - 1:00 pm -
1:00 - 2:00 pm (cleanup) -

I can take 2-3 shifts on Saturday afternoon. They don't have to be continuous, but it'd be great if 2 of them were adjacent.

Thanks to those who have volunteered already!

If you are on the fence, please consider helping out for an hour sometime during the weekend. It is a great way to get to meet some of the attendees to the event and give back to the club!

I think I saw some updates to people's availability in another thread....anyone recall what they were?
