October Meeting

Non-Members can bring items for the mini-auction, but when the proceeds are split - the club gets 1/3 and the seller gets 2/3. For members the club only takes $1. This can be a huge difference on higher priced items.

I recommend you join the club! :angel2:
It is money well spent (you can join at the meeting)

as a user, but not yet a member, can i bring stuff to the meetings? let me know, thanks[/b]
I wouldn't say anything, but Vito says if you don't join before you leave, you might sleep with your Cichlids. I'd join, but that's just me.

Maybe our officers could pro-rate your dues for 2008. On the other hand Vito could float you a loan but I suspect you wouldn't like the vig'. If your finances are tight, just come and enjoy anyway.
We all had to start somewhere.

George, I don't know if you got the memo, but we had to let Vito go due to the bad economy. ;)

Nevertheless, I could still call my two Sicilian cousins, "Moose and Rocco" to help the judge find his check book.

So Vito was offered a Cichlid he couldn't refuse? I fully understand.

Hows about "Sweat Equity?"

Come to the meeting - bring something to eat - promise on whatever you deem Holy to "Love, Honer, & Respect THE CICHLID, and I'm sure that, upon ascertaining the depth of your sincerity, a few quarters could find their way into your dues (I have some left from pool tonight).

Actually, the dues are reduced for the remainder of the year. I just don't remember what the cost is :( I am sure Pat will chime in when he reads this.

October is $6.00 for the remainder of the year or $25.00 for the rest of this year and next year.
