Entry deadline for Aquarium Beautiful?

Is there an entry deadline date for the Aquarium Beautiful competition at Aquamania?

I'm planning an entry, but need to build a part first (it's not commercially available). Given my unpredictable work schedule, it's hard to say in advance when I'll be finished.

So I'm correct in assuming that I just bring my entry the Friday night/Saturday morning of the contest, correct? There isn't some form I need to fill out before participating, is there?
