This is the dominant male yellow lab. Above his lip looks scarred, trying to figure out if I need to do anything or just assume it's from fighting.

I have a large tank with Yellow Labs, Demasoni and a few peacocks. Some of the fish have sightly sunken in stomachs and as it get worst they sit on the bottom but move around at feeding time. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how to treat it.
