Both the colonies have females holding right now so I am debating stripping or leaving them holding fry.. So it is said.. listed prices "might be" a little flexible with fellow CCA members. LOL see you all there.

What's wrong with them?

They are known to terrorize other inhabitants of the tank. Even among aggressive mbuna they have a reputation as being bad. Even if you catch it in time you end up with having to move fish into hospital tanks and time-outs.

They can also get to be 10" long. Males turn dark brown or black, while females are dark yellow/brown. Not a very colorful mbuna, and at their size you need a very large, well-stocked tank to manage aggression.

Which is why crabro (bumblebees), auratus (also crazy aggressive) and kenyi are stocked by chain stores....

There are some AWESOME mbuna that are going to be available at AquaMania!
