You might want to check with your water supplier. Municipalities sometimes change the chemistry and add things and you wouldn't even know it. You might have to condition your water with something else, as there are ones that handle just chlorine, ones that handle both chlorine and chloramines...

I would change the color scheme from blue background/gravel to black, do some easy plants, and house a school of these fish -- I have seen them in person and they are spectacular, with lots of movement and color flashing in the tank at all times. Celestial Pearl Danios / aka Galaxy Rasboras...
