i like the depth with the focus on the fish itself.

Most of my tanks have the stick on ones which are pretty accurate. Sometimes in the winter they read a little cooler (tank is 75, strip reads 70 etc.)

i hate sponges without airstones, but is has nothing to do with effectiveness. I just like the quietness and the extra bubbles :)
