They have had stuff like this in Europe for years, yet I have had allot of trouble finding products like this in the US.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for but we have The Digital SunRise Clock by a company called BioBrite, Inc. located in Bethesda.

Found an adaptor on the BioBrite site that allows you to plug a lamp of your choice in it called the SunRise Controller.

Can you program different times and the length of time that it dims on and off.

I don't know about that. All we have is the SunRise Clock and it works well.

The company is in Bethesda. Give them a call. I'm sure they can tell you more about their products.
