What is this food? Where do you get it? I've never seen it anywhere so I have no experience with it.

Do you mean the recipe for European shrimp mix DIY fish food on the Web. I'm not impressed, actually, although I can't say I've ever made it. I don't think the recipe tells you how to grind the shrimp shells enough, and I don't think there are any binders in it.

I know I'm biased, but I prefer my own recipes, posted on my (long neglected) blog. And I can tell you that both growth and color are very good.
