What do you do with used gravel?

I broke down a tank, and now I have a 32-gallon brute can FULL of crushed coral gravel (does anyone want it? LOL).

What do you do with used gravel? I don't think I can just put it on the kerb and be like, "Hope ya ate your wheaties... and gamma rays ... today garbage guys!" I don't think it would even be fair to split it up between a half dozen buckets and put it out (maybe a bucket a week for a while?)

So, what's the best way to dispose of used gravel?

I pour it out behind our garage 😂 but I only use sand for the most part. I have a Rubbermaid of sand/eco complete that’s been sitting in the garage for like 2 years cause I don’t know what to do with it all

Yea, there's a spot in my garden where I found blue aquarium gravel from a previous resident. I can dump it outside, but its an overwhelming amount, plus there's a while before it works its way into the ground. LOL.

I've put it in planted areas around our yard, it seems to have lots of old yuck in it to make plants grow. I've also used it for potting pond plants. That said, I don't have nearly as much old aquarium gravel as you do!
