Switching to sponge filters...

So for stocking, here is the way I'm keeping my tanks:

75 galllon -
8 - White Calvus juvies
11 - Gold Ocellatus Shellies
3 - BN pleco juvies
5 - Nerite snails

30 gallon - BN Pleco grow out (gaggles of plecos)

40 gallon Br -
8 - Corydoras Duplicareus
7 - Adult BN Plecos
5 - Green Laser Cories

That should help give you some idea of stocking.

Your tanks seem reasonably stocked, assuming that once the plecos in the 30 grow out you'll move them on.

Hey Cory, ive been using sponge filters to supplement my HOB for my smaller tanks and they are doing a fantastic job at keeping water parameters in check!
