Red sevs are known for having (male) fertility issues. Tried to artificially hatch them?

Matt

Perhaps next time, although they normally pick the biggest rock in the tank to use. Suggestions on the best method? A 10 gallon with air stone and some M. blue?

Today I'll click on one of those links I periodically get via email about improving male fertility. I can forgive their bad grammar and spelling if it's for a good cause.

Try putting a piece of slate against the big rock (or a flowerpot next to it) - easier to move.

A separate tank is the best method. Gentle air through an airstone. I use a few alder cones vs. meth blue. Natural fungicide.

If they're not fertile, though, they're gonna fungus. With artificial hatching at least you can see if there are any fertile eggs.

Good luck!
