Is that what I see on my rainbow ich?? If so how can I cure it naturally? I read that raising the temp to 82 degrees will do the trick, is that true?

Hard to tell with those photos. If its ich, raising the temp over 80 and/or add salt will take care of it.

If he does have ich add copper. copper kills all crustations like crabs, lobsters or crayfish, so if you have any of those in the tank, use salt.
