I'll get a picture of it later but at the very least there's flow on the eggs now

just keep flow on them. You might lose some but its better than letting them just sit in the substrate

How many days till these things hatch again? They were made Monday night so should I expect them to hatch by Friday?

I guess this batch wasn't very viable, parents haven't spawned again
