looks like fungus on my angel fish. Will treat the fish in it's own tank - salt bath, methelyne blue, malachite green or blow torch?

A blowtorch would get rid of the stuff but you need a very light touch or is that a quick touch.
If it is really a fungus, methylene blue should work. If used at the right strength, the fungus will become blue. The bottle should tell you the right dosage.
