Hey folks, I am not going to be able to make it to the May meeting. I need someone to volunteer to help with the AV in my absence. I, at least need, someone who will be willing to meet me sometime mid next week to get the AV gear from me, transport it to and from the meeting, and then meet me again to return the gear sometime early the following week. Ideally, you would also be available to assist in setup and breakdown at the meeting. (No experience is required!!)
There are 6 cases that need to be transported. It is a small SUV worth of gear.
I live in North Laurel, the gear is in Columbia off of Snowden River Drive.
Please PM me if you can help. This is really important that we get this covered.
