Hi! My name is Michelle and I'm learning how to raise and breed angelfish. I havn't had luck yet so any pointers are great. I have 6 tanks I currently and am rapidly finding more. I also love pb angelfish and am looking to buy some. If your in Illinois close to St. louis Mo. and are selling these fish I would like to see what kinds and hopefully purchase some.

Welcome to the CCA forum. Check out ACA convention in Silver Spring MD this July.
You should be able to meet quite a few who successfully raise angels. (Special Note: People at the convention always have time to talk fish... all week-end)

hi welcome to the forumn! angelfish are super cool! they like really deep tanks and alot of room to swim around in. somebody told me painting the back/sides brown helps them feel secure for breeding although i haven't tried it yet (tried to get them to breed but they ate all the eggs!). still some of my favorite angels. you could also try aquabid for new angels, i've never had any problems getting fish shipped to me.
