Hi, my name is Ted and just joined the forum.

I was an avid apisto fan but moved on. They bred like rabbits and I wasn't prepared for all the fry and grow out tanks!!! I have bred and raised several varieties but didn't have a clue how to get rid of them.

I have now moved into shrimp and am loving it!

Hope there is a place here for me and my shrimps?

Our own Rachel Oleary (Missjinkzd) happens to be the invert queen of the Universe.

She always has a good selection of shrimp and snails.. from the common ones to the oddball stuff.

And at least a few of us here keep shrimp, so there is definitely room for you. Welcome!

Thank you everyone!!

I've only been keeping shrimp for about a year... I have CBS, CRS and desperately trying to get some OEBT's to start spawning.

Can't wait to meet Rachel!!!!

To all you cichlid fans I really do miss having apisto's, and may try again if I could find that one super species that is perfect in every way, such as elizabethae or similar... or theeeeeeeee, you know what I mean..lol

Everyone has at least one must have fish on their list that they've been waiting for. I've found at least 4 species of fish since I've been in the club that I was dying to have for years. The club has many resources that can benefit you.

Rachel may end up being your best friend; I think she breeds at least 6 species of apistos. There are a few other people in the club who are apisto fans as well.

Enjoy your shrimp, maybe you'll have some fish tanks going again soon.
