We have this guy at work and I'd really like to know what he is. He's about 5-6 inches, is rather skittish, and does seem fond of shifting the sand around. Anyone recognize this handsome fella?

Looks more like one of the cribroheros species to me. Not sure which one, as they aren’t very popular in the hobby. They are kind of like a Central American version of the geophagus.
