If the rock is still live, $2-$4 per lbs is a good price. I listed the Fiji rock I got with a tank for $2 per lbs and moved it pretty quickly. A lot of the rock you have looks like dead corals. Nice looking, but not good as a base rock.

Actually I have reached out to quite a few people and you are the first to recommend selling by the lbs. Even my lfs suggested (after seeing the pictures) that my dead coral should move with no problem. A few even suggested that it could be used as a good base rock as with anything that people are passionate about you will get varied feedback. I am no expect but my lfs said to make sure I mention its real dead corals.

its not worth very much dead. live coral, yes lots of money. basically someone could use this for decoration pieces, or they could use it as base rock that wouldn't be seen. probably worth $1 a lb realistically.

its great as base rock for a salt tank/reef and for fresh it can be effective in buffering water up .. but I think you would get more for them as decorations than by the lb ....but its sad all those were alive coral communities .... looks like someone had a huge die off , sux

I've never been a fan of bleached coral in aquariums (fresh or salt) but it can make a nice bookshelf-type decoration.

Looks like some of the pieces you have are high enough quality and large enough to sell as individual pieces. Others not so much.

I'd post the interesting individual pieces with a size reference and sell them individually - probably on Craigslist or eBay. The others sell by the pound.

It's hard to tell what you have and how large they are.

I appreciate the bumps but I'm not interested in anything other then speaking with people who are interested in the post. Thanks.

well you didn't say how much you wanted and there was some back and forth so I think people commenting on its value is on topic.

Thanks Matt going to take your advice........
