You are lucky enough that you have a drain/sink close by. For me, I need to pump the water out of tanks rather than just letting gravity do it's thing. Draining the tank is the easy part, from my experience. Filling is the pain for me. I live out in the country, so to speak, and I'm on well water rather than city water. My water pressure is good enough to run the house, but it just doesn't put a lot of water out of the utility sink/bath tub where I fill from. I could drain 50% from all my tanks in about an hour, but it takes close to 4 to fill them back up.
