Finally, after keeping these fish for at least two years, they've started to spawn a little, and this week I finally had multiple eggs hatch! The parents then celebrated with another spawn yesterday.
They are not particularly rare, but they are very attractive, with a very dark, almost purple, color and high dorsal fins.
