The meeting got a late start because of some "late" arrivals.
Discussed:
Francine is the new president.
Pat, returning as vp
Charlotte is the recording sec
Marya is the corresponding sec
John is the Treasurer.
Sorry I did not take great notes but. The recording sec was not there.
Francine discussed the insurance issue for events and will report next month on findings.
Membership will be handled by Pat and Tracey.
Meetings will be held at Layhill each month. There will be exceptions
but it was decided that a standard meeting place would be easier
each month. More may attend.
Francine will set up speakers and that will be announced in advance.
A mini auction will be held a Layhill after meetings.
Attendance needs to be up to accomplish things.
Marya discussed that she has contacted AA county Extension service about
a program for aquatics.
