+1. switched a while back to Safe, much better value. and if you want you can premix it with water in an old Prime bottle and use it like that too (for smaller tanks)

What he literally wrote is true for all dechlorinators. Perhaps what Reed was trying to say is that because Safe is more concentrated, it's harder to measure the right amount for a small tank.

For smaller tanks, I measure a dose for a larger amount, and mix it in water, then pour the solution in portions in the tanks.

I have no interest in debating Chloram-X with Mr. Quinn.
