Leffler817 Leffler817 - I didn't see these on the list - any idea what the points turned out to be? A group was auctioned at the may meeting.

I give you all the points for being the first and even able to breed these.:D

I've actually, at this point, been regularly spotting free-swimming fry of various sizes in the main tank (92 corner). It's ridiculous. Years of murder most foul followed by a total love-fest.

I think I'm in the years of murderous rampage. The only one I'm seeing now is the one I already had. I did see the remains of the largest one I got from you so i know that one is dead.

Did you try completely rearranging the rock work in the tank? I do that every time I add any kind of fish with those jerks.

Yes I completely rearranged the whole tank, rocks, plants and driftwood. Added more filtration/current and bunch of bamboo caves/tubes. they were fine for several weeks but then i guess they needed bigger territories.

How big of a tank? I had 4 in a 40 long.

The one thing I can recommend is giving them hides that are high up in the tank/near the surface. From personal experience, the fish getting picked on the most will often perch on something high up so it's out of sight/out of mind for the others. The largest in the group of 4 you got from me was definitely male. That said, there was at least 1 other male in that group.
