any ideas

Three weeks out of town and I come back to see this on my lyonsi. Anyone have any idea what it is and how to treat. Sorry for the bad pic.

Waterchange and some melafix... and see what happens.

Could be a little bit of ick or other fungus. +1 to what Matt says. If you have a hospital tank, I would isolate this fish.
