Brown spots on African cichlid

Black spots
HELP!!! I have come across one or two of my african cichlids with some kind of black spots on them. One of them has it on its face as well as its back fin. I have no clue what to do with this. Please help me with this- gem fish

White spots on anubias leaves
I just got some anubias plants and some of the leaves have something on them I've never seen. They have white "flakes" on them that look as if you scattered white fish food flakes over them and some fell onto the leaves. It doesn't rub off. It's not hair algae or fuzzy in any way.
