parachromis

Any body have any? I have one looking for a mate for mine I am thinking its a male but at >3" still pretty hard to tell. I would like to find local instead of ordering online. The place I got my last one has a 50 dollar minimum plus shipping. Just not ready for that purchase ATM. Thanks for any help

I'm looking for a good quality place to pick up some juvie Parachromis Friedrichsthalii or Motaguensis. I'm in the Baltimore area, but wouldn't mind traveling a little bit for good specimens. Let me know if you've seen any recently at a LFS or if you breed them.

7" male with a nice set of teeth!!

I have been noticing a pair forming in my group of Parachromis friedrichsthalii and today I have eggs! Well over 100 from what I can see (in a hole on the backside of a large piece of driftwood). I will keep you posted. This would be the daddy!

Here is a photo of a future killer. It is about 4" now and the teeth are starting to show.

This fish is about 3/4" long, will grow to about 12". Already very aggressive, charged the front of the tank when I was taking some photos last night.
