The part that connects to the sink when ever there's pressure it shoots water out of the side, and it's a little less than 25' and I need 25'

Well, unfortunately you cannot grow a hose, so a 6 or 10 foot extension hose would be useable.
As for the faucet adaptor, do you have a washer(s) in he joints? They might need replacing and the unit is fine. If that's not it a replacement unit is only $10 or you can go to Home Depot and pick up brass pipe fittings which will last your lifetime for $15.
