Yesterday Happened pretty sudden. One eye is locked looking up and the other down. Continuously tumbling sideways. Really beat up from banging on rocks. Isolated him in net. Did 20% water change. Dosed tank with salt, melafix and pimafix, and put the UV sterilizer in. Today No change...

As a supplemental filter to a AC 110 on a 55g(mbuna cichlids), not withstanding that an FX5 is THE best, but a bit of an over-kill on this size tank, what canister filter would be a good size/quality partner?

Am seeking advise as a first(maybe) canister filter user. Am setting up a 90g S.A. cichlid tank. Thought I was going with HOB filtration, but it occurs to me that if I go with a canister, I can avoid the 6in. or more clearance in back, and instead step up to a 110g, occupying the same space...
