Xystichromis sp. "Kyoga flameback"

Are Xystichromis sp. "Kyoga flameback" always so colorful?
Are they easy to keep and bred? Are they available?

I have ruby greens from Dog of War (on this forum) and they look similar to the flamebacks. My boy is quite magnificant and ruby greens have mild temperaments. I highly recommend them.
