Just set up a 75 and would like to add a mating pair of aggressive cichlid....tiger moto , flowerhorn, prefer .
Or use a permanent divider in the tank
This will work. I kept a mated pair that spawned regularly for over a year in a 75. Just be sure to provide a hiding space that the female can fit into that the male cannot fit into. When he gets rough with, she'll have a refuge until she is ready. As long as you do that, all should be good.Maybe a pair of parachromis loisellei they stay around 12"
75g can be tight for large, aggressive cichlids...
Something aggressive and medium-sized might be better for that size.
