I have a regular 4' shop light hanging over my 125, with a pair of 10k bulbs. Works great for watching the fish and growing duckweed/Salvinia to help with water quality between partials.

I have a 4' dual bulb aquarium light you can have for free. Only one bulb lights up, but if you are good with tinkering you could probably get both of them to work.

I have 4' old school T8 double strip lights on all of my 6' tanks. Works fine.

I have two on my 180, staggered.

If you have a hydroponics shop near you thats the way to go. They have better lights for around the same as lowes and hd
