Ghana knocked out the US last time around and the US isn't blowing away the masses either. At this level all the teams are good so who knows. By UNO do you mean the chain? If so I like that place having never been in Chicago it's probably the closest I'll get to deep dish around here...

I never did get a chance to chime in on that last US win, which was amazing.

Nevertheless, tomorrow is going to be hectic, but let's cross our fingers we come out with a win. GO USA!!!

I was getting VERY worried with 62 mins on the clock and USA down 0-1 against Ghana.

USA finally got a goal in.

This is an epic match... I'm glad I'm recording it. This reminds me of the superbowl a few years back Giants vs Patriots (or was it eagles?). I have an HD recording of that superbowl somewhere on my pc :)

Ghana won 2-1. Game lasted 120+ minutes.

It was an epic match, but the Ghanaian players were playing very cheaply, embellishing their falls frequently throughout the match...showboating...tripping the american players over and over again, and towards the end they faked a couple injuries (one guy just fell on his *** by himself no one near him and insisted he couldn't walk. That wasted a couple minutes on the clock, and then the guy after the carried him off the field he stands up...). Also during overtime they were wasting time by walking to the ball when they had to kick/throw it back into play, shaking hands, running around, etc.

One things for sure... Stephen Colbert is NOT going to spare the Ghanaian team any mercy on Monday's show!

A very disappointing day of soccer for me. Both of my teams S. Korea and USA lost their matches. :-(

LOL! Germany does look strong and they're the youngest team ever to represent Germany as well.

To bad about the US, I was very disappointed. A few of my close friends who are actually past players and coaches criticized the USA Coach for his line up in the first half. They're betting he won't be back for the next World Cup.

So it's down to Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal and maybe Spain to pull the win. Right now Argentina is the Dark Horse in the race.

Did you see that Argentina vs. Mexico game? What a game@!!!!!

Now the ultimate match up Germany vs. Argentina. OMG...that's one to watch with a German Beer in one hand and a glass of Argentine wine in the other. LMAO!!!

Tomorrow Brazil vs. Chile or should I say today. And NED vs. SVK too.

Oh yes, that will be an interesting game and I see Argentina as the favorite to win the whole thing.

Yea, the final score was 4-0, but after Germany scored two goals, Argentina had to take chances and therefore Germany was able to score more goals. Germany did look very good. It looks like Germany and Dutch in the final. No fun...

All fri and sat games were intense glad I saw them all. Just like it should be everyone is playing lights out soccer! And yeah I say it's Netherlands vs Germany with Germany winning it all. Germany hasn't just been winning they have been steam rolling!!

Well, the Netherlands vs. Uruguay game was AWESOME! The Netherlands came out on top so they're going to the World Cup Championship on Sunday to play the winner of Germany vs. Spain.

Right now Spain is dominating the all powerful Germany...what a game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's on right now so don't miss it.
