I noticed that this light has the timer removed. Did you do this yourself and, if so, how? I have one with a timer I'd like to bypass because it doesn't properly keep track of time/ keeps resetting itself to 3pm.

There are three wires in it. Pull the timer out, cut the three wires, and just mess around with them until all your lights light. It won't hurt it.
