What is wrong with me??

I have just noticed one of my male Metriaclimia Elongatus Cherwe Males has something going on with his eye. One eye looks perfectly normal the other is white and seemingly covered over with a white film of some sort. IS this an injury or is this a disease taking hold in my tank?

Doesn't matter

Answer is the same - Melaflix now. Advanced as it is I'd quarantine him in a small tank and double dose him immediately. Someone else can advise you on what to do about temperature and whether salt will help.

It looks like his eye was injured and then infected... I would do as Sam said, then add salt, 1 tbsp per every two gallons, over a period of 2 days, giving a dose every 8-12 hours. Then, keep the temp at 78-80 F, then see how he is doing 2 days after the last dose of salt. Say the tank was a 10 gallon hospital tank. You would add 1 tbsp of salt every 10 hours until you have added 5 tbsps all together, then see how he is doing in 2 days, feed only once or twice a day. If his eye is somewhat or noticeably better, leave him in the tank. If he is not better at all, add 1 tea spoon of salt per every 2 gallons all at once. After two more days, he should be better.

My water is good this is the only fish affected by anything. I just did water changes last night and I change out every week. I am sure it is aggression. This male was the alpha of a second colony that was placed in the main tank due to lack of space. "Napolean" my alpha from the older colony can be a little tyrant at times. I have spent many an hour at this point checking the rest of the fish.. I have females holding every other specie is fine, slime coats and colors are beautiful as per the norm and everyone is alert and eating. I think he just lost a fight with Napolean that I missed.

He could have also scratched it on a rock. Separating him would be good as others have said. He will likely recover, but the eye is pretty much a goner.

Yeah at this point the eye has protruded and "popped" out so to speak. Other than that the fish is fine.
