Weirdest WTB: I need a dead bala shark

I don't want anyone killing a fish! But does anyone know where I can get a naturally deceased 6"(ish) bala shark?

I know fish stores end up with a lot of losses but don't think at this size.

Ah - try smelt - I sometimes see it at Asian grocers. If you freeze it without any covering it'll get freezer burned and disfigured a bit. If I recall, they have a similar shape to Bala sharks. Of course, I could be thinking of the wrong thing entirely.

Better yet - the Bala shark can "disappear" and you can let the replacement fish dry out into fish jerky, which you can find under the dishwasher or something a few days later.

I don't think a smelt will work. I used to buy them for my piranhas and they usually come headless and too small.

Do vets see fish? I can't imagine the vet bill or the stress of carrying it around waiting etc on top of being ill.
Got to start another thread to see if/how many people take their fish to the vet.
