It doesn't seem that bad yet,but clearly there is hole in the head. You need to treat it like now.

AGREED AND GOOD LUCK. THERE WAS A POST ON HERE JUST THE OTHER DAY ON TREATING HOLE IN THE HEAD. YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. GOOD INFO IN THERE ALONG WITH MEDS THAT WORK.
