Tropheus mixing

I wrote it down somewhere but I just can't find the piece of paper, but during Klaus' Tropheus talk last year, he mentioned which type of Tropheus can and cannot be mixed (inter-breeding may occur).
All I remember is not to mix Duboisi with Moorii.

Also, any good recommendations for a dither fish? Most of my red rainbows stay towards the middle to bottom of the tank, occassionally going up for food.

duboisi can be mixed with any variant of tropheus.

Sp. red tends to cross the most often.
