How big is the big tank?

That's a good question. I think around 300 gallons, including the sump. If I recall it's about 7'x3'x30".

I think it's actually 30" tall and 24" deep. I'd measure but my dang kids hid the tape measure again. It is definitely 7 feet long.

Yes, plus the sump, which is about 6 feet long and holds quite alot of water, that would be the 300 gallons.
