Temporary Refuge Suggestions?

When the need arises to temporarily remove a fish from your display tank where do you put the "removed" fish?

Let's say you have a fish which is being bullied and is now in need of TEMPORARY refuge to recover.

Do you use an extra tank, like a quarantine/hospital tank?

Recently I saw a suction cup type box that mounts inside the tank and I was told it is used as a refuge until the fish recovers. Anyone have experience with the type of box described?

Are there any good options to the extra tank?

For size reference I am referring to fish in the Aulonocara species.

Ive always used an extra tank. Or a bucket even. I have a 5g bucket ive used. Put a bubbler in it and change the water with tank water. But ya the suction cu p tank works. But if its a bullie issue its best to remove the fish from the tank. It helps the bullie fish settle about the other.
