T5 light bulbs

I am having a hard time finding T5 6700k 28watt 48in light bulbs. Would using T5 4100k light bulb be a problem in a fish tank?

only if you are trying to grow plants. if you dont have plants it doesnt really matter what spectrum you use except for how it will show the colors of the fish.
