Sick fish HELP

I have a large tank with Yellow Labs, Demasoni and a few peacocks. Some of the fish have sightly sunken in stomachs and as it get worst they sit on the bottom but move around at feeding time.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how to treat it.

Could be a parasite.
Do you have Praziquantel (Prazi-pro) available?

They could be holding if you have m/f together in the tank.

Are there any other symptoms? Any worms hanging out of the fish's anus (camalanus)?
Are they refusing to eat? Unable to eat?
