Always annoys me up when you also HAVE to take the livestock, too. Assumes person had no plans for the tank of their own and will be a good steward of the animals.

Yes, but it's a great way to get a tank cheap. You can put the livestock in the next auction, if they don't fit with your plans. Heck, make them a club donation.
