Looks to be Arapaima Gigas or a type species. Sadly this is the time of year the those stores who sell this fish get them in. $400 is steep, but the high price helps keep people with 55 gallons from considering.

HOT always has them for sale. Thats the biggest I have seen them carry though. They usually have 2" to 3"

I went to HOT a couple weeks ago and it had sold written on it. It was def an eye catching fish.
