Need plumbing stuff... Bulk heads. Where?

Hello everyone...

I am in search of bulk heads, rubber gaskets, and caps to replace the existing stuff in a tank I just bought. I want to fill test the tank before moving it indoors. I would really like to have something in my hand versus ordering and hoping I got it right. any place in Frederick that won't gouge my eyes out? I live in Sheperdstown WV, and figure since I will be in DC this weekend, Frederick is a likely stop..
