Intake suction on FX4

Setup an a fluval fx4 yesterday. The intake appears to be working. I thought it would be bit more powerful. Does it take a while to get broken in? What are your experiences with fluval fx4?

Might have a ton of air inside possibly causing your issue? What type and how much media are you running?

All the stock media/pad that came with the fluval. Two trays of biomedia, 4 sponges, and the two pads.

There may be air because those things should crank right away. Do you hear any gurgling ?
