How Wet is the CCA? Part II

Well i do have 10) 20gallon longs in the garage awaiting me to build a rack system in the fish room.

That will bump me up another 200gs over winter. Then i might be up to par around here.
Be careful what you wish for. I wasn't trying to keep up with the joneses and I still went from 20 gallons to over 500 in 2 years. Its called terminal MTS (multiple tank syndrome).

Another 823 here, so 12,458. If actual water volume was calculated rather than tank size we'd probably be somewhere under 11k.

17 members for 12,626 gallon capacity so far...

...pretty impressive. Rachel appears to be in a class by herself but Matt, Tony and Sara merit Amens for individual counts of 1000+ gallons.

As Tony keeps saying to anyone who'll listen, size isn't everything, and since the largest part of our approx. 350 members haven't signed in yet, let's hear it. Need your tank volumes added to see if CCA can boast/break 100,000 gallons.

Yes, but

But if you add back in the water spilled on the floor by Holly, Tony, and the rest of us, no telling how much we'd have.

Ironically, my new fishroom is larger in square footage but "smaller" in tanks and gallonage by ~10/250g...

But at least I can turn around...

Dude, your old fish room was rough. It felt like something out of that show "Hoarders." Like the old guy you hear about who spent a week under a collapsed pile of old phone books in his garage... he survived off eating paper and the occasional cricket that would hop by...

Red wigglers, anyone?

I certainly do not miss your cramped, sweaty man-cave, Matt.
(how's that for a softball?)

For a total of 43 tanks and 1302 gallons.
Thats down from 54 tanks a year or so ago.
Right now 6 of those tanks that are still set up have no fish in them.

Running total now 16692.5

Come to think about it... Andrew, Bev, George.... We will be miss those numbers too... which added up to about 35,000.... so I think we might be a bit off from last time. No way to hit 100,000 ;)

If you get all 350 members that have been mentioned here, thats about 286 gallon average per member to get to 100K. I think thats doable, but only if you get everyone to post.

I feel almost rediculous adding my total in after Pats... but here we go:

20H+20L+20H+10 = 70 piddly gallons rocketing the total up to 16762.5.

;P

Looks like i have some work to do...
