How do I get damselflies out of my tank

A bunch of them hitchhiked, and are now in my planted 30 gallon, I don't want to go looking for living, locomoting needles in my aquatic haystack, and I plan on getting shrimp and rabbit snails so I don't want to do any kind of poisoning. What should I do? There's no fish in there right now, would I be able to do any sort of temperature shock? Should I throw one of my slightly larger predatory fish in to let them take care of it? (I.e, 3 inch trimac)

Last time I brought some in from my pond the flordia flag fish took care of them for me overnight
How many did you have in your tank? I don't think I have too many so the trimac should make pretty quick work of things but just wondering

I counted 10-15 before the flag fish, I'm sure there were more it was pretty full of floaters.

Ah ok that's pretty reasonable, I don't expect there to be that many in the tank so she should be able to get them all down by Thursday.
